Facebook to take action against users repeatedly sharing misinformation

On Wednesday, Facebook Inc stated that “stronger” actions would be taken against those on the network who distribute misinformation. The Social Media Giant announced in a blog post that Facebook will decrease the distribution by users of all the news in the user’s feed if it regularly publishes information which has been deemed incorrect by one of its fact-checking partners.
