In July, Google will discontinue Album Archive.

You can manually access or download albums that have been archived on Blogger and Hangouts at https://get.google.com/albumarchive. Some of the Hangouts attachments might be available in Chat now that Google has converted Hangouts to Google Chat, according to the company.
