<p>The new IT regulations in India and the decision of President Joe Biden to overturn the order of Donald Trump&#8217;s predecessor to prohibit TikTok in the USA have restored ByteDance Inc.&#8217;s &#8220;hope and trust&#8221; in the Indian market almost one year after the banning of its viral Short Video App.</p>
